If it's been a while since you've exercised, don't worry! My plan will be tailored towards you as an individual and I'll start you off slow whilst still getting you results fast. I have experience with hundreds of different people with different ability levels, so I can tailor the experience specific to your needs and ensure you get the best possible results!
What can I expect by the end of the 6 weeks?
Based on the hundreds of people who have gone through this experience, you'll feel like the best version of yourself! Dom Wells
I've been in your shoes, unhappy in my body, lacking motivation and feeling low on energy all the time. Getting fit and healthy is tough, but with the right support and guidance - it becomes much easier.

I've worked in the Peterborough area for many years after I gained my Masters in Biochemistry from Nottingham University. It's during this time that I found I had the knowledge and skills to take men who were unhappy with their body and transform them into the best version of themselves.

Us as men we all want the same thing:

To feel confident walking into a room.

To replace that belly fat with a smaller waist, wider shoulders, and a strong posture.
