WHAT TYPES OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

The best results will be had if you have access to a gym with a good selection of free weights, whether that be a commercial or home gym. However it is not necessary and plenty of people have had fantastic results with just a small set of weights.

HOW IS THE ONLINE COACHING DIFFERENT FROM A PERSONAL TRAINER?

A personal trainer will charge you an average of £30-40 per workout. And that's just for the workout, without the nutrition help, check-ins etc. If you were to have 5 workouts a week that would equate to £600-800 per month. My online plan will give you all the tools required to make a change to your body at a fraction of the cost. Plus most personal trainers will not give you expert nutrition guidance, which years of experience and a degree in Biochemistry has taught me.

WHEN WILL I START SEEING RESULTS?

Depending on your current experience results are fairly noticeable within 2-3 weeks. You might notice a slight boost to your energy, a little more shape to your muscles etc. Your results ultimately depend on how much effort you put in. If you follow the plans I have laid out, you’re consistent, and put the effort in, you will see life changing results eventually.

HOW OFTEN CAN I CONTACT YOU?

I’m available to all of my clients throughout the day. I will typically respond within 24 hours at most. I’m available via Whatsapp and can schedule a time to speak with you if necessary within 24 hours.

I do all of my client facing coaching at Anytime Fitness Lynchwood in Peterborough. We are a friendly community with a positive outlook. The perfect place for you to achieve your goals!

HOW DO I BOOK YOU IN PERSON?
